About the conference
The place to meet and share experiences about DHIS2
The DHIS2 Asia-Pacific Conference is a place for the DHIS2 community to meet and share experiences, learn about the latest developments and innovations, and make connections that can lead to new partnerships and collaborations. It is the regional counterpart to the DHIS2 Annual Conference hosted each year in Oslo.
The programme balances discussion and information sharing with hands-on technical learning through parallel sessions. Country teams present national implementation journeys, the DHIS2 core and regional teams demonstrate new platform capabilities, and workshops build practical skills that participants take home to their own systems.
2026 marks the fifth edition of this annual regional event — and a return to Colombo, which welcomed the community in 2023.

Is participant registration open?
Yes. Complete the participant registration form on the Registration page. The published registration fees are confirmed. After reviewing your form, the organising team will email the payment details.
Who should attend the conference?
Anyone working with or around DHIS2 in the region: policy makers, HIS managers, and digital health leaders from government; implementers, M&E officers, NGO staff, system administrators, analysts, and developers; and researchers, innovators, and members of the DHIS2 core and regional teams.
How do I register and pay?
Complete the participant registration form on the Registration page. The organising team reviews your registration and emails the payment details. After completing payment, email your payment receipt to contact@hispasia.org. Once the payment is verified, the organising team will send your official invitation letter. The early-bird fee applies to payments completed by 31 August 2026.
